Customer pays all shipping except any failures within first 30 days, usedlaptops4less.com will send you a return shipping label. Customer will be responsible for shipping on any warranty work after 30 days, usedlaptops4less will return the repaired laptop at no charge. Customer will pay for all shipping for any and all returns for refund. We back all product, we will get you what you ordered, if we can't we will send you an upgrade, if you still decide you want a refund, we will oblige, however we do not refund any shipping costs and customer is responsible for return shipping on all refunds.
